Living Areas
The house is arranged over three floors, on the ground floor there is a communal drawing room with large ingle nook fireplace and television. Breakfast is served in the light and airy Morning Room, and supper is available by prior arrangement and is served in the beautiful dining room, complete with log fire for those chilly evenings!
Bedrooms
Choose from our range of rooms priced to suit all pockets: Our largest room is The Shakespeare Suite, (see picture) stunningly appointed with a queen sized bed, ensuite walk in shower room with body jets, double sink vanity and toilet. Ours is a non smoking house.
Titania's Bower, (see picture) is a light and airy contemporarily panelled room with four poster queen sized bed with private bathroom.
As a 500 year old house we are afraid we cannot offer special facilities for anyone with impaired mobility, but please feel free to ask us for any assistance you may need, we are here to help. We ask for a 50% deposit with reservation, and take all major credit cards. Deposits are non refundable on cancellations within seven days of your reserved stay.
The Grounds
We have a beautifully restored parterre garden to the rear of the property offering the perfect place to relax and unwind in good weather. The house is set back from the village road, the front gardens are well stocked with mature trees and shrubs. Further to the rear is a large lawn bordered to the west by tall willows surrounding an ornamental pond.

Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the room tariff, where possible we use locally produced high quality ingredients. Choose from a selection of fresh seasonal fruits, juices and cereals, home made breads, continental or full English breakfast. Should you have special dietary requirements, please notify us of these in advance so we may attempt to meet your needs. Breakfast is served in the Morning Room between the hours of 7.00 am and 9.00 am Monday to Friday, and 7.30 am and 9.30 am at week ends.
Afternoon Tea
Relax in the garden on a warm day, or take tea in the Drawing Room or Morning Room. We serve afternoon tea from 3.30 pm until 4.30 pm Tuesday to Sunday by reservation only, offering a selection of finger sandwiches, scones and cakes, all our breads are made fresh on the premises. Please ask for further details, prices and to make a reservation.

We are situated 8 miles from Bicester village Mecca for shopaholics and fashion bargain hunters.
